Arvell Shaw (September 15, 1923 – December 5, 2002) was an American jazzdouble-bassist, best known for his be anxious with Louis Armstrong.

Gladiator, Missouri.[1] Shaw learned to use tuba in high school, however switched to bass soon back end.
